Specialisations

The M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Walchand College of Engineering (WCE) focuses on advanced computational theories, cutting-edge technologies, and research. It blends rigorous coursework with hands-on projects, covering areas like machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, preparing students for careers in academia, research, and industry.

Curriculum

The M.Tech curriculum is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in their chosen specialisation. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in computer science and engineering. From the batch 2023-2024 the M.Tech curriculum is also aligned with NEP 2020 policy.

Program Objective and Outcome

Graduates of PG Programme after completing their graduation in Computer Science and Engineering will be able to:

PEO1: Demonstrate technical competency by applying knowledge to solve problems related to Engineering issues.
PEO2: Exhibit high professional skills and ethical attitude to succeed in their professional career.
PEO3: Display thirst for emerging technologies and quest for research and innovation to solve real-world problems of high complexity, with concern to society and environment
